may have as much as a 40% chance of developing Alzheimer's disease
or a similar, related condition.
The new Wolfson Centre for Age-Related Diseases at King's
College London, brings leading clinical researchers and scientists
under one roof, with the aim of developing treatments for
age-related diseases.
There are nearly 18 million people suffering from dementia in
the world today and experts predict that, by 2025, this figure will
have almost doubled.
