If you are experiencing problems viewing a video
release:
Check your version of Windows Media Player
These videos are encoded for Windows Media Player* and you
should make sure that you have the latest version installed if
possible.
You can download the latest version of media player from the
Microsoft website.
*Note that videos, at present, are encoded for Windows Media
Player Version 6.
Check your Browser
If you are using Mozilla, Firefox or a non-Microsoft browser you
may need to download an additional plugin to play Windows Media
files. Your Browser provider should be able to assist with
this.
Note that Apple Mac users may also require a plugin to view the
films. This is available from the Microsoft
website.
